Refund Policy

Overview

stanalyst.in provides equity research reports generated on demand. Because each report is custom-generated for a specific company, our refund policy is designed to be fair while accounting for the computational cost of report generation.

Automatic Refunds

You will receive a full, automatic refund in the following cases:

  • Report generation failure: If we are unable to generate your report due to a technical error on our end, your payment will be refunded automatically within 5-7 business days.
  • Payment charged but report not started: If your payment was processed but report generation was never initiated, you will receive a full refund.

Refund Requests

You may request a refund in the following situations:

  • Substantially incomplete report: If a delivered report is missing major sections that were advertised for your chosen tier, contact us for a review and potential refund.
  • Duplicate charge: If you were charged multiple times for the same report, the duplicate charges will be refunded in full.

To request a refund, email support@stanalyst.in with your report ID and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in these cases:

  • Successfully delivered reports: Once a report has been fully generated and delivered, it is non-refundable. Each report is custom-generated and involves significant computational resources.
  • Dissatisfaction with analysis conclusions: Reports reflect analysis of publicly available data. We cannot issue refunds because you disagree with the findings or conclusions of a report.
  • Free reports: The free Outlook Report does not involve a payment and therefore is not subject to refund.

Upgrades

When you upgrade an existing report (e.g., from Outlook to Complete Research), the upgrade payment follows the same refund policy. If the upgraded report fails to generate, the upgrade amount is refunded. The original report remains accessible regardless.

Refund Processing

All refunds are processed through Razorpay to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
